This group is for women who have determined, enough is enough. You're fed up with the manipulation, abuse, and exploitation, & you're ready to take your life back. You're ready to break the cycle, even if it means taking a difficult look in the mirror so you're never abused again.

This is a 7-week psychoeducation group, with limited sharing, where you'll learn in a virtual classroom environment how to spot and become resistant to abuse. Together, we will explore how you got here and what you need to do to live with confidence and joy.
